Ingredients:

2 Cornish game hens
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
3. Add garlic, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Place each Cornish game hen in a baking dish, and brush with garlic butter mixture.
5. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
