Ingredients

– 6-8 ears of fresh corn
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Aluminum foil (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400-450°F).

2. Peel off the husks of the corn and discard. Brush each ear with a thin layer of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the ears of corn on the preheated grill. Grill for 15-20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes or so. Make sure to keep a close eye on the corn as it can burn quickly.

4. If you’d like to use aluminum foil for grilling, wrap each ear of corn tightly in foil before placing it on the grill. Grill for 20-25 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.

5. Once the corn is cooked through, remove from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
