Ingredients

– 4 ears of corn with the husk still intact
– 1-2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Soak the ears of corn in cold water for 15-30 minutes. This will help to prevent them from burning on the grill.

2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

3. Peel back the husks of the corn, but don’t remove them completely. Leave them attached at the base.

4. Remove the silk strands from the corn.

5. Rub the butter or olive oil over the kernels of the corn.

6. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the corn.

7. Pull the husks back up over the corn and secure with kitchen twine or a strip of husk.

8. Place the corn on the preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

9. The husks will char and the corn will be tender when it is finished cooking.

10. Remove the corn from the grill and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
