2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup of white wine
2 pounds of clams, scrubbed clean
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Pour the white wine into the pot and bring to a simmer. Add the clams and stir to combine.
3. Cover the pot and steam until the clams open, about 5 minutes. Discard any clams that do not open.
4. Serve the clams warm with the cooking liquid. Enjoy!
