• 1 bunch of Chinese broccoli
• 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
• Salt and pepper to taste


1. Wash the Chinese broccoli and cut off the tough ends. Cut the broccoli into 1-inch pieces.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cooking oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

3. Add the Chinese broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and tender.

4. Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another minute, until everything is combined.

5. Serve the Chinese broccoli hot. Enjoy!
