4. Add your desired seasonings and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Common seasonings include garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika.

5. Remove the chickpeas from the heat, transfer to a bowl, and serve.


• For added texture, you can lightly sauté the chickpeas for a few minutes before adding your desired seasonings.

• To make the chickpeas extra crispy, spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 375-400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
