1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Trim any brown ends off Brussels sprouts, and pull off any yellow outer leaves.
3. Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
4. Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Place Brussels sprouts on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
6. Serve warm.
