1 4-5 pound flat-cut beef brisket
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and dried oregano. Mix together until combined.

2. Place the brisket in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the brisket and seal the bag. Place the brisket in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or up to 24 hours.

3. When ready to cook, remove the brisket from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

4. Preheat a gas grill to medium-high heat, or light a charcoal grill and let it burn down to medium-high heat.

5. Place the brisket on the grill, and cook for 30 minutes on each side, with the lid closed.

6. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and continue cooking for another 1-2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the brisket reaches 190-200°F.

7. Remove the brisket from the grill and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Serve the brisket on a platter with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
