Ingredients

1 (3- to 4-pound) beef brisket
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1⁄4 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, cumin, oregano, mustard, coriander, and cayenne.
2. Add the brisket to the bowl and use your hands to rub the marinade all over the meat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Place the brisket on the preheated grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Remove the brisket from the grill and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
6. Slice the brisket against the grain and serve.
