Cooking Brisket On A Gas Grill

– 4-5 lb brisket
– 2 tablespoons of your favorite barbecue rub
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 cup of beef broth
– 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1. Start by prepping the brisket. Trim off any excess fat and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Rub the brisket with the barbecue rub and olive oil. Make sure to cover the entire surface of the brisket.
3. Preheat the grill to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. If your grill has multiple burners, turn off the side burners and only use the main burners.
