2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and grease lightly with oil.

3. Place chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil.

5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top of chicken breasts.

6. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.


– You can also add other herbs and spices to the chicken, such as oregano, basil, thyme, etc.

– To determine if the chicken is cooked through, you can use a thermometer. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees F.
