Ingredients:

• 1 Boston butt pork roast
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons of your favorite pork rub
• 1/2 cup of apple cider
• 1/2 cup of chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat your crock pot to low.
2. Rub the pork roast with the oil and pork rub.
3. Place the pork roast in the crock pot.
4. In a bowl, mix together the apple cider, chicken broth, garlic powder and onion powder.
5. Pour the mixture over the pork roast.
6. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and the internal temperature reads 165°F.
7. Remove the pork roast from the crock pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
