Ingredients

-2 pounds boneless country style pork ribs
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place the ribs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the ribs and rub it into both sides.

3. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper, sea salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the ribs and rub it into the meat.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

5. Pour the apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce mixture over the ribs.

6. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and tender.

7. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
