• 2-3 bunches of bok choy
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, minced
• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
• Salt and pepper to taste


1. Wash the bok choy and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until it is lightly browned.
5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot.
