Ingredients

– 2 bunches of baby bok choy, washed and cut into halves
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Add the bok choy and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, until the leaves are wilted.
4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
5. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, until the bok choy is tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
7. Serve immediately.
