1. 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
3. 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, minced
4. 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
5. 2 heads of bok choy, sliced
6. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
7. 1 teaspoon of sesame oil


1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

3. Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

4. Add soy sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

5. Add sesame oil and stir-fry for 1 more minute.

6. Serve hot.
