Ingredients

-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1 pound of bok choy, washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
-2 cloves of garlic, minced

-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-1 teaspoon of sesame oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the bok choy and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is just starting to soften, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
4. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Stir fry for another 2 minutes, or until the bok choy is cooked through and the sauce is thick and bubbly.
6. Serve hot.

Tips

-If you like, you can add other vegetables or proteins like tofu or chicken to the stir fry.
-If you like your stir fry to be spicier, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a teaspoon of sriracha.
-If you prefer a milder flavor, you can omit the soy sauce and substitute it with a tablespoon of honey or sugar.
-For an even more flavorful stir fry, add a tablespoon of oyster sauce or hoisin sauce.
-This stir fry is best served immediately.
