Preparing Bluefin Tuna

– 1 whole Bluefin tuna, medium size
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
– 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons white wine
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Rinse the Bluefin tuna under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Rub the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, white wine, and lemon juice all over the tuna.
