Ingredients:

– 2 lbs of blue crab
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
– 1 lemon
– 1 bunch of fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Start by prepping the blue crab. Make sure to rinse the crab thoroughly and remove any dirt.

2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.

3. Add the blue crab to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Once the crab is cooked, squeeze the juice from the lemon over the top and add the parsley. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Serve the blue crab hot with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
