Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Wash beet, then wrap it in aluminum foil.

3. Place wrapped beet in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.

4. Remove beet from oven, unwrap foil and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes.

5. Peel the skin off the beet and discard.

6. Slice the beet into thin slices or cubes, as desired.

7. Serve and enjoy!
