How To Cook Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

– 2 cups of bean sprouts
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Once the oil is hot, add the bean sprouts to the pan.
3. Cook the sprouts for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sprouts are tender.
6. Remove from heat and serve.
