Instructions

5. Separate the egg white from the yolk and the embryo.
6. The white and yolk can be eaten raw or cooked.
7. The embryo can be cooked by boiling, frying, or steaming.
8. To fry, heat oil in a pan and add the embryo.
9. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the embryo is cooked through and crispy.
