• 6-8 slices of bacon (depending on the size of the asparagus)
• 1 lb. asparagus
• 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Wash the asparagus and trim off the tougher ends.
3. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Wrap the bacon around the asparagus and place it back on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
7. Serve hot.
