2 racks of babyback ribs
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of onion powder
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of ketchup


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, brown sugar, and salt.

3. Rub the mixture onto the ribs.

4. Place the ribs in a roasting pan lined with foil.

5. Pour the apple cider vinegar and ketchup over the ribs and cover the pan with foil.

6. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

8. Let the ribs rest for 15 minutes before serving.
