How To Cook Baby Back Ribs On The Grill

All you need to know about: How To Cook Baby Back Ribs On The Grill.

Ingredients

• 2 slabs baby back ribs
• Your favorite dry rub
• Your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions

1. Start by selecting your slabs of ribs. Look for ribs that have even, thick layers of meat and a good layer of fat.

2. Once you have selected your slabs, remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs. To do this, slip a butter knife under the membrane and pull up. Once it is started you should be able to peel the entire membrane off.

3. Once the membrane is removed, sprinkle a generous layer of your favorite dry rub all over the ribs. Let the ribs sit in the rub for at least an hour.

4. Preheat your grill to a medium heat (about 375°F).

5. Once the grill is preheated, place the ribs membrane side up. Close the lid and let them cook for about 20 minutes.

6. After 20 minutes, flip the ribs. If you want to add additional flavor to your ribs you can brush them with a mixture of BBQ sauce and water. Close the lid and let them cook for an additional 20 minutes.

7. Once the ribs are cooked to your desired tenderness, remove them from the grill and brush them with your favorite BBQ sauce.

8. Place the ribs back on the grill and let them cook for 10 minutes, flipping and brushing with sauce frequently.

9. Once the ribs are finished cooking, let them rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
