Ingredients

– 1 bunch of asparagus
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Wash the asparagus, and then snap off the woody ends.

2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the olive oil.

3. Once the oil is hot, add the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.

4. If desired, add the minced garlic to the pan.

5. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus is tender.

6. Serve and enjoy!
