Ingredients

– 2 pounds of alligator meat
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Rinse the alligator meat with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the garlic and alligator meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
4. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper over the alligator meat.
