-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 onion, diced
-1 red bell pepper, diced
-1 jalapeño, diced
-1 can of black beans
-1 can of diced tomatoes
-1 tablespoon of chili powder
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of oregano
-1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
-1/2 cup of heavy cream
-1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the chorizo and cook until it is fully cooked.
2. Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and smoked paprika to the pot and stir to combine.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
