How To Cook A Tri Tip

– 1 Tri-Tip roast (about 2-3 pounds)

– 2 tablespoons kosher salt
– 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
– 2 tablespoons garlic powder


1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
