– 1-2 pound beef tenderloin
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Any desired herbs or spices to taste


Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Tenderloin

Pat the tenderloin dry with a paper towel. Rub the tenderloin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, as well as any desired herbs or spices.
