All you need to know about: How To Cook A London Broil On Grill.

Preparing the London Broil

First, start by marinating the London Broil. To do this, combine 1 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes and 1 teaspoon of sea salt in a blender. Blend until you have a uniform mixture. Place the London Broil in a large bowl or baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover it and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cooking the London Broil

After the London Broil has been marinated, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Take the London Broil out of the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 10 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Once it’s done, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving the London Broil

Once the London Broil is done cooking and has rested, slice it against the grain. Serve it with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad. Enjoy!
