How To Cook A Brisket On A Pellet Grill

Cooking a brisket on a pellet grill is an easy way to get the smoky flavor that comes with traditional outdoor grilling. Using a pellet grill will keep the brisket moist and tender while adding a unique flavor. Here are the steps you should take to make sure your brisket is cooked perfectly.

Ingredients

– Brisket (1-2 pounds)
– Your favorite BBQ rub
– Your favorite BBQ sauce
– Pellet grill
– Olive oil

Instructions

1. Start by prepping the brisket. Trim any excess fat and remove any silver skin. Then rub the brisket with your favorite BBQ rub.

2. Turn on your pellet grill and set the temperature to 225°F. Let the grill preheat for about 10 minutes before adding the brisket.

3. Once the grill is preheated, brush the brisket with olive oil and place it on the grill. Close the lid and let it cook for about 3-4 hours.

4. Flip the brisket over halfway through cooking.

5. Once the brisket is cooked, remove it from the grill and wrap it in foil. Let the brisket rest for at least 30 minutes.

6. Unwrap the brisket and brush it with your favorite BBQ sauce. Place the brisket back on the grill and let it cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.

7. Remove the brisket from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Enjoy!

Your brisket should now be perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Enjoy your meal!
