• 2 pounds of ground beef
• 1/2 cup of diced onion
• 1/2 cup of diced celery
• 1/2 cup of diced carrots
• 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
• 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/2 cup of beef broth
• 1/2 cup of white wine
• 4 hot dog buns


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, celery, carrots, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

4. Add the ground beef and cook until it is no longer pink.

5. Add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

6. Add the beef broth and white wine, stirring to combine.

7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Remove the skillet from the heat and spoon the mixture into 4 hot dog buns.

9. Place the buns on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

10. Serve the brauts with your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
