-1 Boston Butt (bone-in pork shoulder)
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon sea salt
-1/4 cup BBQ sauce
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup water


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. Remove the Boston Butt from the packaging and pat it dry.

3. Place the Boston Butt into a roasting pan.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and sea salt.

5. Rub the spice mixture all over the Boston Butt.

6. In a medium bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water.

7. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the Boston Butt.

8. Cover the roasting pan with foil and place it in the preheated oven.

9. Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

10. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes.

11. Remove the Boston Butt from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
