-1 cup bulgur wheat
-2 cups water
-salt and pepper, to taste

2. Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Once boiling, add in the bulgur wheat and stir.

3. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes until the bulgur wheat has absorbed all of the liquid.

4. Remove from heat and fluff the bulgur wheat with a fork.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.


-You can use vegetable or chicken broth instead of water for more flavor.
