How To Cook Lamb Breast

All you need to know about: How To Cook Lamb Breast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lamb Breast
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon of Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the diced onion, garlic, ground coriander, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper until they’re well combined.
  3. In an oven-safe dish, place the lamb breast and rub the spice mixture all over the breast.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Once the 45 minutes have elapsed, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
