How To Cook Lamb Breast

Ingredients:
- 1 Lamb Breast
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin
- 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon of Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the diced onion, garlic, ground coriander, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper until they’re well combined.
- In an oven-safe dish, place the lamb breast and rub the spice mixture all over the breast.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Once the 45 minutes have elapsed, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before serving.
