How To Cook Boneless Leg Of Lamb

This recipe for boneless leg of lamb is a moist, flavorful and delicious main course. It can be served with vegetables, potatoes or rice, and is sure to please the fussiest of eaters.


– 2-3 lb boneless leg of lamb
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
– 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
– 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place the leg of lamb in a shallow baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and balsamic vinegar.

4. Pour the mixture over the leg of lamb and rub it into the meat, making sure it is completely coated.

5. Bake the leg of lamb in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 145°F.

6. Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
