How To Cook Uncured Ham

• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

4. Pour the 1/4 cup of water into the bottom of the roasting pan.

8. Uncover the ham and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
9. Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
