1 – 8-10 lb fully cooked smoked ham

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil.

3. Bake the ham for about 1 ½ hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F.

4. Remove the foil and brush the ham with your favorite glaze.

5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the glaze is golden brown and the ham is hot throughout.

6. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Tips:

• To prevent drying out, baste the ham with pan juices every 15 minutes during baking.

• If desired, you can also add some fresh herbs, such as rosemary and thyme, to the glaze for extra flavor.

• To ensure food safety, it is important to use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the ham.
