Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Remove ham from the package, and place it in a roasting pan with a lid.
3. Score the top of the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/4-inch deep.
4. Place a few cloves of garlic into each of the diamond shapes, and rub the ham with olive oil.
5. Place a few thin slices of butter over the top of the ham.
6. Place the lid on the roasting pan and place it in the preheated oven.
7. Bake the ham for approximately 20 minutes per pound.
8. About 20 minutes before the ham is done, brush it with a glaze made of orange juice, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
9. Let the ham rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Tips:

1. If you don’t have a lid for the roasting pan, you can cover it with aluminum foil.
2. Make sure to use a meat thermometer to confirm that the internal temperature of the ham has reached 145°F before removing it from the oven.
3. Letting the ham rest before slicing will help to keep it moist and juicy.
