1 honey-baked ham, 6-10 pounds

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup orange juice


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, fat side up.

3. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, cloves, and pepper.

4. Spread the mixture over the ham.

5. Pour the wine and orange juice into the bottom of the pan.

6. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

7. Bake the ham in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.

8. Uncover the ham and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

9. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before serving.
