– 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (7 to 10 pounds)
– 2 cups of pineapple juice
– 1/2 cup of light brown sugar
– 1/4 cup of honey
– 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
– 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Place ham in a large roasting pan and pour pineapple juice over top.
3. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, cloves, and cinnamon.
4. Rub the mixture over the ham.
5. Cover the roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 140°F, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
6. Remove foil and increase oven temperature to 425°F.
7. Baste the ham with the pan juices and return to the oven.
8. Bake until the surface of the ham is golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
9. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
