Ingredients

1 pound of crayfish
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of sea salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Rinse and clean the crayfish.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, parsley, thyme, sea salt and olive oil.

4. Place the crayfish in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the crayfish.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crayfish is cooked through and the exterior is lightly browned.

7. Serve as a side dish or as an appetizer with a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
