– 1/4 cup of salt
– 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning

– 2 tablespoons of onion powder
– 2 tablespoons of black pepper
– 1/2 cup of butter
– 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup of hot sauce
Instructions:
1. Start by sorting through the crawfish and discarding any dead or damaged ones.
2. Put the crawfish in a large pot and cover with water. Add the salt, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
3. Bring the water to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the pot from the heat and drain the water.
5. Add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to the pot and stir to combine.
6. Return the pot to the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
