– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 teaspoons dried oregano
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken breasts onto a large plate, and brush the olive oil mixture onto each piece of chicken.
4. Place the chicken onto the preheated grill, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
5. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
