How To Cook Frozen Chicken Tenders In Air Fryer
All you need to know about: How To Cook Frozen Chicken Tenders In Air Fryer.
Instructions
Cooking frozen chicken tenders in an air fryer is a great way to make a delicious and healthy meal. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer
The first step is to preheat your air fryer. Depending on the type of air fryer you have, you will likely have a dial or a digital display to adjust the temperature. Most air fryers have a preheat setting that will warm up the air fryer to the ideal temperature. Once the preheat cycle is complete, your air fryer is ready to go.
Step 2: Preparing the Chicken
Take the frozen chicken tenders out of the packaging and place them in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Gently stir the chicken to ensure that the oil and seasoning are evenly distributed.
Step 3: Place Chicken in the Air Fryer
Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket, making sure that they are not overlapping. Close the basket and set the timer for 8 minutes. After 4 minutes, open the basket and flip the chicken tenders over. Close the basket and cook for the remaining 4 minutes.
Step 4: Check the Temperature
Once the timer goes off, check the internal temperature of the chicken with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) or higher. If it is not, cook for an additional 2 minutes and check again.
Step 5: Serve
Once the chicken is cooked to the right temperature, remove it from the air fryer and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
