– 4 boneless chicken thighs

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
