Step 1: Preparing the Chicken

First, you will need to prepare the chicken for cooking. Start by removing the skin and any fat from the chicken breasts. Then, cut the chicken into strips about 1/2-inch thick. Place the strips in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 2: Marinate the Chicken Strips

In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Pour the marinade over the chicken strips and mix until all of the strips are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to 4 hours.

Step 3: Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Step 4: Bake the Chicken Strips

Remove the chicken strips from the marinade and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Step 5: Serve

Remove the chicken strips from the oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy!
