– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and rub each side with olive oil.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool for 10 minutes.
