– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 onion, thinly sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 8 soft flour tortillas
– Toppings of your choice


1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas according to package instructions.

4. To assemble the fajitas, place some of the chicken and vegetables in the center of each tortilla. Top with desired toppings and fold. Serve immediately.
